Here you can find a little bit of history about the Leeds Hellenic Society.

The society has been launched with its current format in 2003 and it operates as a society of the Leeds University Union ever since. It was a...strange coincidence that all of its founding members were male engineers. Or maybe not?! This has still to be researched and debated.

It is also true that there was a Hellenic Society at Leeds University previously, although no records exist currently of previous formats.
